The Crossing Point is a human-centered storytelling platform documenting real migration journeys in Germany. I led the UX research, interviews, content direction, UI design, and full Webflow development.
The goal was to create a clear and respectful digital space where lived experiences become visible through structured storytelling, documentary visuals, and interactive components.

Migration stories are often reduced to stereotypes instead of real lived experiences.
There was no accessible digital space presenting these stories with clarity, dignity, and structure.
The challenge was to design a platform that presents interviews, visuals, and data without sensationalism — focusing on human experience rather than headlines.
02 — Process/Research
Interviewed participants across Germany to document real experiences, emotional narratives, and migration pathways.
Created a structured framework that defined story arcs, themes, and visual direction.
Developed UX flows that link interviews, maps, timelines, and data visualizations into one coherent experience.
Designed information and interaction patterns to maintain clarity, focus, and emotional resonance.
03 — Design Systems
Built a visual identity system inspired by clarity, contrast, and documentary structure.
Designed modular layout systems for interviews, timelines, maps, and structured stories.
Developed a UI pattern library for headers, intro modules, captions, and media blocks.
Created color rules and typographic hierarchy to maintain a calm, respectful tone across long-form content.
